Unlocking a Regulator-accepted Way for You to Access the Best of World’s Human Resources

G-P (Globalization Partners), recognized by industry analysts as the undisputed leader in global employment, has officially announced the launch of a new solution in G-P Gia, which happens to be the world’s first AI-based global HR compliance advisor.

According to certain reports, the stated solution leverages G-P’s proprietary knowledge base, which combines more than a decade of global employment expertise with cutting-edge AI technology, to cut down on the cost and time of compliance by up to 95%. More on the same would reveal how Gia is well-equipped to provide context-specific answers to the toughest questions, and at the same time, prepare documents like employment policies, contracts, handbooks and more.

At launch, the solution will be available in over 50 countries and all 50 U.S. states, with a plan already in place to extend expertise to more than 180 countries.

Talk about Gia on a slightly deeper level, it lets you automate the better chunk of talent acquisition processes so to better navigate detailed requirements for hiring across multiple countries. Hence, if a customer based in the U.S. needs to hire an employee in Germany, Gia will provide all the local context regarding compliance concerns and best practices. This it will do to help users develop a compliant job description, draft a locally-compliant offer letter, draft or analyze the proposed employment contract, highlight key legal compliance requirements, and do a lot more.

“In a market where many are content to simply use AI, we’re inventing it,” said Nat Natarajan, chief product and strategy officer at Globalization Partners. “Gia is more than an AI tool—it’s a breakthrough, representing a significant leap forward in the AI field. We are pioneering the integration of LLMs with Knowledge Graphs to extract rules from unstructured text, ensuring we deliver accuracy and nuance while protecting against hallucinations. The combination of our over 10 years of transactional compliance data and human expertise, along with our AI technology, is uniquely ours and it cannot be replicated.”

Next up, it brings forth the means to seamlessly facilitate HR administration, policy creation and communications. This involves a facility to automate time-consuming tasks, create compliant compensation and benefits recommendations, as well as develop and update company policies, employee handbooks, performance review templates, etc. An example relaying the same would be how, in case a customer learns that the maternity law in an employee’s state is changing, Gia would know all about the new policies. It will also be able to analyze the existing policy, suggest draft amendments for compliance, and draft training and communication plans for existing employees.

Another detail worth a mention is rooted in the solution’s bid to provide comprehensive immigration-related guidance. Here, Gia basically provides you with appropriate immigration, work authorization, and tax requirements so to simplify the process for global hires. This means, if an employee is relocating from the U.S. to Japan, the solution would be well-positioned to offer detailed insights on global mobility, including employment laws, tax regulations, and benefits. It would also be able to conceive guidance on how to find and obtain the required visas.

Rounding up the highlights is the all-important role Gia has in offboarding/termination. In essence, the solution can be expected to minimize legal, financial, and operational risks that may arise from non-compliance on termination procedures. To put it simply, in an event where one Gia user needs to part ways with an employee in France due to a role redundancy, Gia can assist them by analyzing the existing employment contract to make recommendations. It can further outline the country-specific employment law requirements like notice, protections, termination reasons, and more.

“When I started G-P and created the employer of record (EOR) industry more than a decade ago, my vision was to create a fast and easy way for companies to hire anyone, anywhere,” said Nicole Sahin, founder and CEO of Globalization Partners. “We changed the way the world did business by launching an industry. Now we’re doing it again, by putting the best of the world’s global HR advisors at our clients’ fingertips.”
